The West End River Peninsula is undergoing a period of significant urban renewal with plans to redevelop the cultural, education and community facilities, as well as the residential and shopping precincts while retaining open space and improving the transport links.
This process has already seen much of the light industrial riverside land upgraded to high quality residential housing while the remaining warehousing and industrial land provides significant opportunity to further develop the area, most likely resulting in significant capital appreciation in West End.
